News Updates/Issue: YoVille BACK!!

Howdy YoVillians,

We wanted to let you know that YoVille is ready play once again. Thank you in advance for your patience as we slowly roll out the game.

We wanted to give you a heads up that as we go live, we may need to bring the game back offline as we tune it and make sure it’s ready for play. We know you’re eager to get back into the game and we truly appreciate your patience while we work to bring it online.

New Issue/Fun: YoVille Game MAINTENANCE!!

Howdy YoVillians,

We wanted to update you on YoVille’s status and let you know that we are actively working on the issues that caused us to take the game offline earlier today. Please know that fixing the game is our number one priority and we are currently working to resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused all of you and we sincerely appreciate your patience as we work to fix YoVille.

Glitches/Issue: **FIX – Gifting Issues!**

YoVille Emerald Ninja announced today that the fix for Gifting issues has now been released and almost all issues should be resolved.

Quote: Thank you for your continued patience while our devs worked hard to restore Gifting back to normal for all of you.

Please note that if some of you are still experience issues kindly follow the following steps:

1. Clear your ZSC inbox and all old pending requests.
2. Please also note that only new requests will work as expected, older requests may not.

If you are still experiencing issues please reach out to a Ninja via PM or contact CS (link can be found in my siggie).

Please be patient while the fix reflects on all accounts - YoVille Team are in the process of ramping it up and they assure you that you should be able to experience it very soon if you haven’t already.

NOTE: ZyngaSupport Team replied the Studio are aware of the recently Raffle Tickets Prize “Monaca Glass Table” place issue, they will inform all players that are affected with this issue once their Studio have a resolution for this problem. They will make sure that you will be informed.

YoVille Emerald Ninja announced today that Many of you have sent us reports of not having received your YoSurvivor Animated Logo Screen (free item).

YoVille will be crediting all those who have not received it, in a short while from now. Please be patient while this reaches you.

Glitches/Issue: Is Preview Button gone?

Preview Button is released at Dec2011, lets look out for the “magnifying glass” icon to the right of the Animated Item in the Store. Is it gone? Why we cannot find it at last weekend when the new collectibles released?

When all of YoVillians go to Yo-Stores, the salesman will most politely and say welcome to the Store, come see we have what for sale…is there any help you find? But they never remind what glitches/issue there are. Higher level of customer service is a must nowadays, It requires an attitude to serve the customers in a better way!
